The Standard Residences in Midtown Miami include pickleball court that doubles as a disco floor

by Patrick Regan

The Standard recently shared details on its first residential project in the heart of Midtown Miami.

The 12-story building includes 228 residences, ranging from studios to two bedrooms, at a cost of $329,000 to $829,000.

The building’s unique amenities include an indoor pickleball court with a balcony to watch the action, complete with glittering disco balls when the court is ready to shift to a dance space in the evenings.

Other amenities include a rooftop pool, bar and restaurant, a social lounge with karaoke bar, screening room and co-working space, plus sauna, steam room and yoga studio overlooking Midtown.

“The development captures the hallmarks of the brand’s beloved hotels with activated social spaces, ‘anything but standard’ amenities and careful attention to detail, all with the playfulness and fun that is unmistakably The Standard,” a press release said.
