Born and raised in Coconut Grove, Mercedes Saewitz was the founder and owner of M Group Realty. In 2015, Saewitz made the transition to Compass as one of the company’s founding agents.

She specialization was in high-end luxury homes, commercial real estate and development sales in South Florida. In 2018, she transitioned over to the management side of Compass. Backed with her extensive knowledge throughout Florida, Saewitz was committed to delivering superior service and with a dedication to excellence; therefore, her transition to management was a natural evolution in her career. She is driven to help her agents with the transactional process, product, compliance and overall growth of the agent’s business.

Today, she is the principal broker for Compass Florida and leads one of the largest teams of agents in the country.
