Aman Residences appointed Fadia Bassi as regional director of residences sales for North America. Bassi joins the company from ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, where she was regional sales director.

Bassi will support the Aman Residences team, which is led by global head of residences, Vanessa Grout, the firm said in a release. Bassi will work with prospective Aman Residences owners in North America, with a particular focus on Aman New York, Aman Miami, Amanvari in Mexico and forthcoming projects that are soon to be announced.

In her role at ONE Sotheby’s, Bassi was the Sales Director for One Thousand Museum — the only residential project in the western hemisphere designed by Pritzker-prize winning architect Zaha Hadid. She was also head of sales at International Sales Group, Key International Inc. and Prodigy International.

Commenting on her appointment, Bassi said in a news release, “Aman’s branded residences are completely standout, and I have long admired the brand’s approach to design, service and the amenities offered to its owners. I am delighted to be joining the team and look forward to working on a number of much anticipated properties, including Aman New York, which will be a milestone moment for Aman.”
