Aurora Sunny Isles Beach Compass Sales

Verzasca Group, which is developing the 17-story Aurora Sunny Isles Beach, has hired Compass Development Marketing Group to sell out the residential building’s remaining inventory. Currently, nearly 70% of the boutique building’s 61 residences are sold out, and construction is approximately six months from completion.

“Our in-house team did an excellent job getting us to this point, but we are now ready for a group like Compass to help us get over the finish line,” said Tim Lobanov, Verzasca Group managing director. “Compass has industry-leading technology and an unparalleled network that can put us in front of out-of-state U.S. buyers, especially those in the Northeast and California.”

Located at 17550 Collins Ave., Aurora is the first new condominium project to be built on the west side of A1A.  Two- and three-bedroom residences range from 1,385 square feet to over 2,150 square feet. They are equipped with smart-home-ready technologies, 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and private elevator entry. Several residences offer breathtaking view corridors of the Atlantic Ocean, and owners will have easy access to the beach and a beach concierge. Prices start at just over $1 million.

“We are thrilled to be associated with a boutique project like Aurora,” said Beth Butler, regional director of new development at Compass. “Considering its location and lifestyle offered, it is one of the best values you’ll find in Sunny Isles.”

To date, many of Aurora’s buyers have come from South America and the local community, but with an insatiable interest from buyers from other U.S. regions, the team sees an immediate opportunity.

“The single-family inventory crisis and surging prices are leading buyers back to condos,” said Butler. “They are seeking a piece of South Florida, particularly in a beach community, so they can fully take advantage of the lifestyle.”

Aurora boasts several amenities including a resort-style pool, private sundecks with cabana lounges, a state-of-the-art fitness center with a video wall, indoor and outdoor yoga lounges, an Hammam spa and a children’s playroom.

World-renowned Revuelta Architecture International designed the building, and Interiors by Steven G. designed the common areas and amenity spaces.  Steven G. also decorated three model residences, which are all for sale at various price points.
