Fresh on the heels of Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner’s recent $31 million land purchase in Indian Creek Village, pregnant model Karlie Kloss and her husband Joshua Kushner have reportedly followed suit, recently picking up a waterfront mansion on the island — known as ‘Billionaire’s Bunker — for $23.5 million.

The eight-bedroom, 15,000 square-foot mansion located at 2318 North Bay Road was previously owned by hospitality mogul Keith Menin, who recently purchased Cher’s former estate on La Gorce Island.

Compass Agent Gene Martinez of Compass represented the Kloss-Kushners.

Meanwhile, another supermodel and her husband, Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady, are also setting up a home in the exclusive Indian Creek Village, accessible via a guarded bridge.

The couple, who’ve been renting Derek Jeter’s Tampa mansion, purchased 26 Indian Creek for more than $17 million.

According to a recent story in the New York Post, the couple plans to tear down the home and build an environmentally friendly manse instead. Fittingly, Brady has been seen sailing near the property recently on a 40-foot yacht named Viva a Vida.
