Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have reportedly purchased a $31 million plot of land in Indian Creek Village, also known as ‘Billionaire Bunker.’

The land, Plot 4, previously belonged to the late singer Julio Iglesias, according to a recent story that ran in Page Six. Other high-profile residents include businessman Carl Icahn and supermodels Adriana Lima and Elle McPherson, who lives on the island with her husband, real estate mogul Jeffrey Soffer.

Listing information shows the nearly 2-acre Plot 4 comes with 200 feet of private waterfront.

Touting itself as “the world’s most exclusive municipality,” there are 41 waterfront home sites on the privately-owned exclusive enclave, which is patrolled by a private police force 24-hours a day. Access to the island is via a guarded bridge and a high-tech security system incorporating cameras, and radar at locations around the island is expected to be complete sometime in 2021.

Homeownership at Indian Creek Village comes with a membership to the ultra-exclusive Indian Creek Country Club.
