19 Palm Avenue in Miami Beach sells for over $20 million

by Kerrie Kennedy

A 9,000 square-foot estate in Miami Beach has sold for $20,500,000, according to Douglas Elliman Miami.

Designed by award-winning Tropical Modern architects Choeff Levy Fischman, the six-bedroom, 7.5 residence features a motor court with a British-made automobile rotating turntable, a three-car garage with lift capacity and a $500,000 chocolate lacquer and champagne leather kitchen designed by Italian fashion house Fendi.

Ivan Chorney and Michael Martirena of Compass represented the buyer and Dina Goldentayer of Douglas Elliman represented the sellers, who are relocating to Monaco.

The palatial home also features a maid’s quarter, theater, a pajama lounge, a hidden catering kitchen and a nearly 1,500 square-foot master bedroom suite overlooking the Biscayne Bay.

Outside is an infinity-edge pool, sunken living room with custom seating and a fire pit, cabana with bath, dining, bar, and kitchen with a spiral staircase that leads up to a rooftop lounge for sunbathing.

A residential-grade elevator provides access to all three levels of the home, including the private rooftop.
