The Mager McQueen Group, led by real estate veterans Ann McQueen and Jeff Mager, has joined Compass Florida, the company announced this week.

Previously with Elite Coastal Properties, a boutique “white-glove brokerage” they founded in 2007, the Mager McQueen group will operate out of Compass’ Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood offices. They bring 17 years of experience and a track record that includes $325 million in sales.

“Compass has a remarkable vision for the future of real estate and has built a team of forward-thinking agents,” said Ann McQueen in a press release. “After 13 years of operating our own brokerage, Compass is an exciting next step for us. The firm’s commitment to clients closely coincides with our values and we look forward to this new chapter.”

The Santana Group, formerly with Coldwell Banker, has also joined Compass Florida. Teresa Santana, founder of the Santana Group, boasts 16 years of real estate experience and was ranked among the top five agents in Weston in gross sales between 2014 and 2017. Specializing in West Broward and Fort Lauderdale, the team is comprised of Teresa Santana, Armando Santana and eight more agents with 29 years of combined real estate experience.

Boca Raton and Delray Beach expert Alex Platt and his team — formerly with Platt Properties, a brokerage Platt founded in 2015 — have also made the move to Compass. Alex Platt joined Compass as the principal agent, bringing along associates Kyle Bruening, Chelsea Thomas and Petar Radulovic. The team has successfully closed $80 million in sales and completed more than 300 transactions.
