Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management has announced plans to develop Ocean Park South Beach, a boutique condominium featuring 10 luxury beach residences in the South of Fifth (SoFi) enclave.
The exclusive four-story project, located on Ocean Drive and across from the ocean, is also adjacent to Marjory Stoneman Douglas Park, offering outdoor exercise areas, dog walks and children’s play areas.
Douglas Elliman top producers Eloy Carmenate and Mick Duchon, who have closed more than $1 billion in transactions and successfully sold out multiple new developments in Miami including 1500 Ocean Drive, Il Villaggio and Glass, will oversee sales.
Designed by Revuelta Architecture International, with interiors by Marcela Lombana and landscaping by Gardner Semler Landscape Architecture, the property is slated for completion in December 2021.
Two- to three-bedroom residences, starting at $1.5 million, will feature large terraces, private elevators that open directly into home foyers, 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and high-end finishes.
Two four-bedroom penthouses, priced upwards of $6 million, will feature a rooftop deck with private spa pool, summer kitchen and dedicated powder room.
The property itself will feature a 36-foot pool with Italian-designed poolside chaise lounges and umbrellas, an outdoor spa with Jacuzzi, poolside summer kitchen and outdoor dining area, relaxation lounge on a sunset pool deck and beach service.
