What was your first job in the real estate industry? I started working with a mentor to learn how to buy inexpensive properties and rent them for Section 8 housing.
Where did you grow up? Miami, FL
Growing up, what did you want to be? A fashion buyer.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Yoga, read a good book and hang at the beach.
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Julia Roberts, she is always smiling. Whatever she does she does at 200% and is a superstar. She’s a mom and has balance.
Where is your favorite place to hang out? My house with my family and friends, I love to entertain.
What do you love most about the industry? All the different people I meet and getting to know their stories. Everyone has a story.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I am completely approachable, outgoing, happy and not pushy.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Getting new clients; the industry is so competitive. That’s why I am happy to be part of a great team where we all help each other.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Open Houses are my best source of new business. School and Synagogue functions as well.
What has been your greatest accomplishment? I think the friendships I’ve made is my greatest accomplishment. I have a huge group of friends from all the different times in my life. I can easily show my kids how to be a good friend and person.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? Movie: “A Star is Born” Book: Circe
What is your favorite restaurant? Makoto in Bal Harbor
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Miami? Viscaya for its old luxury and opulence and The Delano for its clean white modern newness.
What kind of car do you drive? Infiniti QX60—still need 7 seats for carpool and soccer.

What is your favorite city after Miami? New York or Los Angeles
