The Jills were named the No. 1 residential real estate large team in Miami-Dade County this week at Coldwell Banker’s Residential Real Estate Southeast Florida annual awards ceremony, marking the team’s 15th consecutive win in the county and the state of Florida. The team also walked home with the highest award level for sales associates, the Society of Excellence award, as well as being named among the top 10 in gross commission of NRT’s large teams across the country. 

The Jills achieved record-breaking sales and the highest recorded sale ever in Miami in 2017: the $47 million 3 Indian Creek property. The team also sold the well-known Versace mansion last year. Luxury residences are a specialty for the team, which as closed approximately $3.4 billion in sales since 2005. The Jills list a wide selection of properties from waterfront homes, celebrity homes, high-tech condos and neighborhood family homes.

The team consist of Hertzberg, Jill Eber, Felise Eber, Danny Hertzberg and Hillary Hertzberg. 

The Hopkins team, consisting of Dondi and Dianna Hopkins, also was honored at the ceremony for the sixth consecutive year as a Legends Society Team, which requires $1 million gross commissionable income. The team also joined the ranks of the Florida Top 100 Coldwell Banker agents. The Hopkins team serves Plantation, Davie, Weston and Fort Lauderdale.
