After nearly five years as managing principal and team leader of Keller Williams Coral Gables Coconut Grove, Maria Elena Arias will take over as CEO for HergGroup Miami.

The group, formally known as Hergenrother Realty Group, is part of Keller Williams Coral Gables Coconut Grove and has a presence around the country in more than 15 states.  

During Arias’ time at Keller Williams Coconut Grove Coral Gables, she hired more than 900 agents and had a closed sales volume of more than $1.2 billion. She’s been a licensed Realtor in Florida for more than 30 years. In that time, she has been president for the Women’s Council of Realtors’ Miami-Dade Chapter, state director for Florida Realtors and on the Board of Governors for the Miami Board of Realtors.
