Engel & Völkers Miami, a luxury real estate firm, recently announced the launch of the Estrada-Zea Team, established by married couple Juan Estrada and Margarita Zea, both residential advisors who specialize in luxury condos.

The husband-and-wife duo, who are the previous owners of VIP Florida Real Estate, merged their company with Engel & Völkers in late 2015 after recognizing the competitive advantage and benefits that are provided within the company’s brands.
