Where buyers are at the highest risk in Greater Miami

Miami-Dade County is at a very high risk for natural hazards, like tornadoes, hurricane storm surges and floods, and so is Broward, a report from ATTOM Data Solutions confirmed. Palm Beach County is at a high risk. This is stuff homebuyers are going to want to know.

In each of the three Greater Miami counties evaluated in ATTOM’s report, each has a high or very high rate of risk in three natural hazard categories. Miami-Dade is one of the most at-risk counties in the country.
