What was your first job in the realty industry? My first job was a sales assistant at a development project.
Where did you grow up? I was born and raised in South Florida.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? I’m an avid poker player, nothing like a pair of AA’s and an “All IN” to destress.
Growing up, what did you want to be? I always wanted to be a Doctor. Dr. G has a nice ring to it!
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Steve Jobs, I would like to discuss: making the impossible, possible.
Where is your favorite place to hang out? Pasion del Cielo, best coffee and good wifi. For drinks, I’m a huge fan of Blackbird Ordinary in Brickell or Glass and Vine in the Grove.
What do you love most about the industry? The fact that you make someones dream a realty.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? We grew up watching MTV Cribs, at our firm we focus on front end technology. We have the largest collection of HD property videos in South Florida.We constantly creating branded content, in order to remain relevent and top of mind. Producing HD Video leverage high definition video and aerial drones to showcase our properties throughout the world has separated us from the pack. The ability to film real estate and distributed is the future of our industry. And the future is here.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Training agents to be consistent and persistent with their prospecting and marketing efforts.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? I network, everwhere I go and I am active. I am involved in my childrens school, community and Iserve on the LBA, NAHREP, MiamiRE, and 2016 Chairman of YPN for the Miami Association of Realtors.
What has been your greatest accomplishment? I have 2 awesome boys, and a beautful and stunning wife. Starting a family by far is my biggest accomplishment, also leading a brokerage with over 350 agents is a strong 2nd.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? I dont watch that many movies anymore.I read more that I watch movies. My last book was ” E-Myth Revisited” great inside on the holes we need to fill in our RE Buiness.
What is your favorite restaurant? After a hard week, nothing beats Prime 112 Broiled and Stuffed w/Jumbo Lump Crab & Bay Scallops & Finished w/Cognac Butter. Wow!
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Miami? I spend alot of time at the Biltmore Hotel, I love every inch of that building.
What kind of car do you drive? BMW 5 Series
Smartphone or paper? More smartphone than paper!
What is your favorite city after Miami? Vail, Colorado
