ONE Sotheby’s International Realty recently announced the return of Rose Marie Minio as its new global real estate advisor.
Her new role will involve leveraging the South Florida market and catering to prospective international buyers. Minio previously lead the sales team for Regalia in Sunny Isles Beach as sales director. While at Regalia, her team sold 90 percent of the luxury condominiums, valued at $350 million. Minio will also continue working as an exclusive listing agent for Regalia.
Past projects include working on the sellout of Trump Hollywood and serving as a ONE SIR exclusive on-site sales associate for The Marquis, Bellini in Williams Island and the W Residences.
Minio began her career in 1995 as VP of the International Outreach Program, an initiative created by the Realtor Association. The position involved contributing to the opening of Miami’s real estate market to European and Latin American buyers. Over the past two decades, she has managed and sold over 20 development projects in Miami and the Caribbean.
Born in France and raised in Italy, Minio has been a Florida resident since the mid-1990s. In college, she studied modern languages, economic studies, business and international commerce.
