Privé Developers has received the necessary permits to begin Privé at Island Estates, which will be located on an eight-acre island in Dumfoundling Bay between Sunny Isles Beach and Williams Island.
Privé at Island Estates was recently ranked No. 1 in Florida and No. 14 on Elite Traveler’s “Most Desired Ultra-Luxury Residential Developments in the World.” The primary building architecture was by Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership, landscape architecture by EGS2 and interior design by Interiors by Steven G. Privé. The new condominium towers broke ground in June of this year and is currently on the second level of construction following completion of foundations.
“This permit marks another milestone in our continued progress of the project in line with the schedule of the project for completion in Q2 of 2017,” said Greg Freedman of BH3. “Our team is elated to watch the towers start to rise, an incredible feeling to see our vision for this unique and singular project become a reality.”
