It was in Boca Raton where luxury condos and town houses found their footing, as median sales price jumped 14.3 percent year-over-year to $680,000. Listing inventory fell nearly a percentage point, which may have helped increase prices, but with days on market dropping from 145 days to 117 days, it appears more likely the increase was a reflection of strong demand in the area.

Both median price and inventory fell in Boca Raton’s luxury single-family market, dropping 1.7 percent and 2.8 percent, respectively.
