Plaza Construction and 4701 North Meridian, LLC (Lionheart Capital & Elliot Management Corporation) have partnered with Power Design, Inc. on the construction of Ritz Carlton Residences Miami Beach.
The 126-unit high rise luxury condo development in Miami will include two 24-hour attended lobbies, 24-hour valet service, on-site marina, private day yacht, on-site private car, on-site spa, treatment suite, steam rooms, sauna and fitness center, fully-services cabanas, bar, virtual golf and billiards, indoor and outdoor yoga studios, gaming room, carwash facilities, dog walk and pet grooming salon. Residents will also enjoy a roof-top pool with waterfall, a meditation garden and more.
Joe Micallef, Power Design’s Regional Vice President for South Florida, commented on how the Miami Heart Institute turned Ritz Carlton Residences is another example of Miami upping its luxury market.
“The Miami marketplace is upping the ante on luxury,” said Micallef. “The Ritz Carlton Residences are another example of that. We consider it our privilege to assist in the design and construction of such high-end developments.”
The building is slated for completion in 2017 and already fifty percent sold out.
