This week, we talked with Maema Silva, a Realtor associate with Elite Ocean View Realty, shared her top ways to make sure you’re providing stellar customer service. 

4. On a first contact with a new client, make sure to get to know them better. Doing this, you can understand your client’s necessity and personality. Besides that it also makes him or her feel they are special to you.

3. Its important to keep in constant contact with your client. At least three times a week is what you need to create a bond and have them trust you. Remember, for most of the clients, their properties are the most precious investment they have.

2. If you have a chance, speak business with your client personally and outdoors, such as in a restaurant or even in a café place. This will help to build loyalty.

1. Once you have finished business with your client, make sure to keep in touch with them sporadically. Bring flowers to the buyer, send a refrigerator calendar magnet, give a brief call reminding them that they’re important to you. Your client will wish their friends/family would treat them as well.
