ONE Sotheby’s Agents Named Top One Thousand by REAL Trends/The Wall Street Journal

Recently, REAL Trends/The Wall Street Journal Top One Thousand recognized several ONE Sotheby’s International Realty agents. Of the honored agents is Jo-Ann Forster, senior vice president, listed at No. 203 with a total sales volume of $65.1 million. Senior Vice President, Jorge Uribe, had sales volume totaling just over $97.7 million, ranking him No. 86 in the country. The company’s CEO, Mayi de la Vega was ranked at No. 78 with $102.3 million. In addition, Eloy Carmenate, the firm’s executive vice president, is positioned at No. 65 with nearly $113 million in total sales volume.

REAL Trends Top One Thousand as advertised in The Wall Street Journal recognizes the top one half of 1 percent of nearly 963,000 licensed Realtors across the nation. Both publications sponsor the prestigious awards annually, which were released on June 27 of this year. REAL Trends analyzes the most renowned real estate agents and companies in order to compile this list. The awards include the top 250 agents in the following categories: Individuals by Transaction Sides, Individuals by Sales Volume, Teams by Transaction Sides and Teams by Sales Volume. All four of One Sotheby’s agents named on the list were among the Top 250 Individual Real Estate Professionals by Sales Volume in 2014.
