On Wednesday, Jan. 22, the Crimson hosted a groundbreaking event for more than 150 guests.

In attendance were Mayor Tomas Regalado and Commissioner Sarnoff; in addition, Fernando Levy Hara and Stephan Gietl welcomed all the guests to a private luncheon at City Hall Restaurant where principals of ISG World Philip Spiegelman and Craig Studnicky gave a presentation of the Edgewater area.
