Already an experienced traveler, Saddy Delgado’s broad international reach just got a bit bigger.
In a recent press release, Mayi de la Vega, founder and CEO of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, announced that Delgado joined the firm as Vice President.
A native of Nicaragua, Delgado grew up in Miami and attended Le Rosey, a Swiss boarding school. In addition to speaking English and Spanish, Delgado is fluent in French and Italian, which has helped her develop a niche market of Latin American and European buyers. In addition, Delgado has worked with prominent South Florida residents such as Sylvester Stallone and Dwyane Wade.
“ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s brand and superior global networking is unrivaled and provides the perfect platform for me as I continue to expand my international perspective,” Delgado said.
Delgado earned her real estate license when she was 18 years old, possesses more than thirty years of experience and has grossed more than $500 million in sales, three attributes that appealed to the firm.
“We are thrilled to welcome Saddy, whose extensive knowledge of the South Florida luxury real estate landscape, fluency in several languages and broad international perspective make her the ideal addition to ONE Sotheby’s International Realty,” de la Vega said. “As more and more high-net-worth buyers make South Florida a second, third or fourth home, multilingual top-producing agents like Saddy will continue to be in high demand, and we are privileged that she has chosen to join our team.”
