While hundreds of condos are selling under preconstruction, newly remodeled luxury units at Nordica Condominiums are available for immediate occupancy.
With a lack of condos on the market in the downtown area, one of the city’s top developers, the Astor Companies, announced 59 newly remodeled luxury units for sale.
As reported by Condo Vultures, for the first time in many years, preconstruction sales are announced at such a high rate each day that they surpass the number of condo re-sales. In fact, during the city’s last real estate cycle there were more than 23,000 units on sale, and now less than 500 units remain on the market. Therefore, the need for these condos that offer buyers the ability of immediate occupancy, instead of buying during preconstruction, is in high demand.
The Astor Companies presented the Nordica Condominiums in 2007, and held onto them during the market decline, knowing it would come back strong.
These condos are located on Coral Way at 2525 SW 3rd Avenue in “The Roads” neighborhood, just minutes away form Downtown Miami, Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, and Coral Gables. The condos offered include 1-, 2-, and 3-bedrooms with 10-foot ceilings, along with a pool and fitness center. Prices range from $273,000 to $575,000 and are in the perfect location with plenty of restaurants and entertainment.
