Wall Street Journal analyst James Gardner opened with a presentation highlighting national survey results of Wall Street Journal readers’ real estate buying trends, while the panelists, which included Peter Zalewski, principal of CondoVultures; Carolyn Block-Ellert, co-owner of Premier Sales Group; and Robert Kanjian, president of Building Solutions LLC., discussed the current in trends in the national and Palm Beach markets.
The discussion, moderated by South Florida Business Journal real estate reporter Oscar Musibay, focused on the new mindset of buyers in the evolving market,what buyers are looking for, all cash deals and financing trends, rising prices and the increased demand in the market for furnished apartments.
