On Wednesday, May 1, Miami developer Rilea Group hosted an exclusive launch party at PM Fish and Steak House to unveil the launch of a new condominium project that will mark the first Brickell Avenue development to break ground since the recession. Hundreds of real estate brokers gathered to get a “sneak peak” of The Bond at 1080 Brickell, a new 323-unit luxury tower located at 1080 Brickell Avenue in the heart of Miami’s Brickell Financial District. Construction is set to begin in late 2013, with completion scheduled for mid-2015.
