Peloro Miami Beach, the luxury boutique waterfront condominium developed by SMG Management, LLC, celebrated the opening of the Peloro on-site sales center in Indian Creek. SMG hosted the broker event, which modeled the interior design of the residences created by Urbanica Group.

Over 300 guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and drinks with live music as they toured the model residence. Meir Srebernik of SMG Management, LLC, and Alicia Cervera of Cervera Real Estate, who is handling sales for the waterfront property, discussed Peloro’s successful launch thus far with over 80 percent sales.
