Engel & Völkers Miami have opened their fourth location in the Miami Beach area.

Engel & Völkers Miami is pleased to announce they have officially opened their fourth location in the Miami Beach area.

On Thursday, February 21, Engel & Völkers Miami hosted their grand opening event of their newest office location in the South of Fifth neighborhood. Located at 110 Washington Avenue in a 1,200 square foot facility, the unveiling of the fully equipped facility welcomed real estate professionals as well as high profiled individuals.

New Engel & Völkers Miami Office Received Well

Nearly 100 guests indulged in fabulous hors d’oeuvres by Thierry’s catering and the ambiance of the new office. In addition, a luxury car provided by Gentlemen Drive was parked out front to greet the guests and there was live music entertainment throughout the evening.  The office was well received by all those who attended the event. Agents were excited to have an office they can bring their clientele to right in the epicenter of Miami Beach.

Engel & Völkers Miami is also in the process of opening another office location in Coral Gables. The opening of this facility is scheduled to take place this summer.
