Movoto Real Estate Makes MLS Data Available In App Form For The iPhone

by admin

Movoto's app will help agents see MLS listings in full on their smartphones.

If you wanted access to MLS data on your iPhone, Movoto Real Estate might have the app you have been looking for.

Movoto is a licensed brokerage service with a high-tech website that lets users use different search criteria to view property listings that include pictures, descriptions from MLS databases, market trends, nearby schools and points of interest such as nearby grocery stores and restaurants.

With the launch of the new Movoto app on July 2, many of the same powerful search tools are now available on your iPhone.

Why choose the Movoto app?
The access to MLS databases makes the app very useful and ensures that your search is thorough and accurate. In addition to providing photos and listing details, the app also provides directions, lets you see the property on a map, request to see the property, save your search and easily share the listing by email, Facebook and Twitter.

Why not choose the Movoto app?
The Movoto app is currently only available for the iPhone, so if you have an Android phone you are out of luck. However, there is a version of lesser quality for the Android phone that shares many of the same features as the new iPhone app.

Another drawback is that not all of the same features on the Movoto website are available on the app, although, they are hopeful to release an updated version that will include market stats and points of interest by the end of the year.

Overall:
The Movoto app is a very powerful tool and the company has a lot of experience in the real estate industry. Their website says that since 2005 Movoto has helped over 2,000 people purchase real estate. In addition, the use of MLS data makes the app accurate and rich with information. This is also the first version of the app and you may want to check back later if you are not sure you want to download it or if you do not have an iPhone. Movoto said it hopes to release a version of the iPhone app for the iPad within the next  four to six weeks and that they are working on a version of the same app for Android phones which they intend to release by the end of the year.
