Luxury home developer GL Homes continues to see success as their Delray Beach development, The Beaches, and recently wrote 18 more sales contracts according to a Sun Sentinel article.
The article reports that average sales price was at $800,000, totaling up to $14 million if all 18 prospective buyers close.
The development, whose starting prices range between $470,000 for homes in their “Atlantic Collection” to $1.4 million for homes in their “Empire Collection,” opened late February this year.
Since then, the Sun Sentinel article further reports that the development now has contracts for 121 homes and that, “first buyers will move in late summer.”
The exclusive gated community is planned to house 658 homes ranging in size between 2,500 square feet to 7,000 square feet in unincorporated Palm Beach County, according to a South Florida Business Journal article.
In addition to its rows of luxury homes, the development will also feature a 16,000 square-foot clubhouse with a social hall and catering kitchen. Homeowners will also have amenities such as a yoga studio and fitness center, a sauna, basketball and tennis courts and a resort-style swimming pool located at the clubhouse.
