One Sotheby’s International Realty has expanded its franchise and joined forces with Lorusso Realty Inc., to open a new office in Miami’s financial district.

Lorusso Realty Inc, has been operating in South Florida since 2004. The firm mostly sells high end residential real estate in Miami Beach and South Miami. Stefano Lorusso, founder of Lorussi Realty, has a team of six multilanguage professional agents.

“As we keep growing with international buyers we need the solid foundations and global network of Sotheby’s International Realty,” said Lorusso. “One Sotheby’s International Realty and its principals is the perfect match for our organization and we look forward to working with them.”

Since its opening in 2008, One Sotheby’s International Realty has opened seven offices throughout South Florida with over 300 agents. The new office in Brickell will house 20 new agents who are able to communicate with clients in speak Italian, French and Spanish.

The new office location is 999 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900.

“Having this office in the heart of South Florida makes sense because it gives the Sotheby’s brand presence in such a prestigious area,” says Beth Butler, president of One Sotheby’s International Realty.
