Denise Sicuso has been appointed as sales manager of Esslinger Wooten Maxwell (EWM) Realty, affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate for Miami-Dade and Broward counties, Brickell/Downtown office.

“I’m delighted to be taking on this important role with EWM,” said Sicuso.  “I have an abiding respect for the firm and its longstanding history in the community.  I look forward to working in this key market and furthering EWM’s growth within it.”

Sicuso has been with EWM since 2005, primarily working out of Coral Gables/South Miami branch office. Sicuso’s business expertise includes top management in retail , as a senior-level manager of Lord & Taylor in the New York metropolitan area before joining EWM.

Sicuso was an instrumental in the sell-out of the remaining inventory of the Coral Gables 17-story condominium, Puerta de Palmas.

Sicuso will focus on day-to-day oversight of the Brickell/Downtown office, which include sales activity, training exercises and the implementation of new programs and services.
