On December 20, 2011, over 300 guests filled the lobby of the Mint condominium in downtown Miami to celebrate the holiday season, and to help give back to those most in need.

Mint At Riverfront and Baru Urbano hosted a toy drive to help support the Miami Children’s Hospital and the Boys & Girls Orphanage of Miami.

To entertain the guest the event featured live musical performances from the band Cubazz and Manuela Mejia . More importantly, the donation box was filled to capacity with 587 gifts donated, marking this celebration of giving a success.

“It was a beautiful experience,” said Liliana Paez event organizer and the wife of Inigo Ardid, Vice President of Key International, the developer of the Mint condo, “and it brought to life the true meaning of the holidays.”

The following day accompanied by their children and Santa Claus, Liliana Paez and Carolina Reyes who was also an event organizer and is currently a Sales Associate at Sunshine Real Estate Advisors, delivered the donations to the two organizations.
