by admin

Century 21 Elite Premier Realty welcomes three to agency.

Century 21 Premier Elite Realty announced some new additions to its team: sales associate Ireri Arreola Torres and Realtor associates Heather Undorfer and Judith M. Kaplan.

Ireri Arreola Torres

Torres holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the Tec de Monterrey in Mexico and completed her studies in Germany where she worked as an architect-designer in France for three years. She combines her experience as an architect with her real estate training to give her clients an informed professional opinion on the attributes of properties. Torres specializes in residential property sales in the Brickell area and is fluent in Spanish, English and French.

Heather Undorfer joined Premier Realty after teaching at Ransom Everglades School and working as a consultant for Lori Ann Interiors where she gained experience in interior design and the staging of properties.

Heather Undorfer

“Very service-oriented and creative, Heather excels at marketing our community as well as the outstanding individual properties in it,” said Patricia Delinois, founder and CEO of Century 21 Premier Elite Realty.

Undorfer graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in business law. As a Miami native, Undorfer is familiar with the community and is committed to providing a professional, thorough service to her clients. She currently resides in the High Pines area of South Miami.

Judith Kaplan

Judith Kaplan also recently joined Premier Realty as a realtor associate and with her background in luxury high-rise development, sales, and sales management, has generated more than $500 million in real estate sales. Among her activities prior to joining Century 21 Premier Elite Realty, Kaplan was a principal of an investment and merchant banking firm specializing in debt and equity financing.

Kaplan was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and attended school in Paris and Geneva. She has lived in Miami for 22 years and speaks Spanish, French, Hebrew, and Italian, in addition to English. Kaplan’s multi-lingualism and diverse cultural experience have led to the addition of an assortment of international clientele.

Kaplan currently handles residential and commercial properties in Miami, Miami Beach, and southern Broward County. “Her 12 years’ experience raising capital for new and existing residential and commercial projects in South Florida have given Judith a depth of expertise that greatly benefits our clientele,” said Delinois.
