Dina Goldentayer

Brokers Dina Goldentayer and Sladja Stantic, principal founders of the DS Team, have joined ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.

The Miami Beach-based duo specializes in luxury waterfront real estate and was the top producing team at Keller Williams Miami Beach Realty. With 2011 year-to-date sales approaching $50 million, the group was recently named the #1 producing team for South Florida.

Together Goldentayer and Stantic have built a substantial local and international clientele. Goldentayer, who is fluent in Russian, came to Miami Beach in 2003 and has achieved considerable success in the region. She made record-setting sales this year on the Sunset Islands and at the Apogee Condominium. In her spare time, she is actively involved with the Little Lighthouse Foundation, the United Way and various organizations in the Jewish community.

Sladja Stantic

Stantic has been licensed for nearly 10 years and attributes her initial success to her connections with the New York and Miami Beach Serbian communities. As a luxury home specialist, she has closed deals from North Bay Road to the Venetian Islands. A dedicated real estate professional, Stantic has earned her CRS and ABR designations and is a member of the Luxury Home Institute.

Team members Cara Thompson and Araceli Kaba will make the move to ONE Sotheby International along with the DS Team founders. The group will work out of ONE Sotheby International’s Miami Beach office, located at 119 Washington Avenue.
