Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell (EWM) Realtors, one of the nation’s largest residential real estate firms, announced today that seven new associates have joined its Coral Gables office: Ricardo Aybar, Gina Bruce, Ana Cuan, Blake Drew, Deborah Friend, Jose Ibarra and G. Scott Tedesco.

Ricardo Aybar has been in real estate for roughly two years and previously worked as a sales associate for Cuan & Associates. He attended Florida International University where he earned a degree in international business and marketing.

Gina Bruce attended the University of Miami where she earned a degree in journalism and a master’s in elementary education. Prior to joining EWM, she worked at St. Thomas Episcopal School as a teacher.

Ana Cuan is a licensed broker and has been in real estate for over 16 years. She was the president and broker of Cuan & Associates prior to joining EWM.

Blake Drew worked with Rialto Capital Management as an asset manager prior to joining EWM. Originally from New York, she attended Colgate University where she earned a bachelor of arts degree, as well as attending University of Miami earning a master of business administration.

Deborah Friend worked with Coldwell Banker as a sales associate where she was inducted into the company’s prestigious Sterling Society group.

Jose Ibarra previously worked in property management with JAI Investment Corporation before joining EWM.

G. Scott Tedesco has been in real estate seven years having worked for Coldwell Banker as a Realtor.

All seven associates new to EWM belong to the Miami Association of Realtors.
