Lenny Kravitz Redesigning Paramount Bay

by admin

The owners of the 346-unit Paramount Bay condo building, recently auctioned off, have hired rock star Lenny Kravitz to redesign its amenities before it opens.

Paramount Bay was finished in 2009 and designed by Arquitectonica, architect for a number of other Miami condo buildings including Marquis, Canyon Ranch, Marina Blue, Latitude, Bentley bay, Axis, Blue and 500 Brickell.

Kravitz will now be redesigning the spa, fitness center, lobby, driveway, pool area and other outdoor spaces at Paramount Bay.

Kravitz is involved in Kravitz Design, a New York City-based design firm. Prior to this renovation, Kravitz has collaborated on the design of the Florida Room at the Delano Hotel and a two-story penthouse apartment and recording studio at the Setai.

The 47-story Paramount Bay tower will offer eight different one, two and three bedroom units with 10-foot ceilings, private elevators and views of Biscayne bay, south Beach and downtown Miami.

According to miamicondolifestyle.com, units will range from $999,000 to $1,100,000.
