Pointe Group Advisors has announced that Vincent Croce will join the company as vice president of property management.

Croce joins Pointe Group Advisors after six years as General Manager of the I.M. Pei-designed Miami Tower (formerly Bank of America Tower), where he was responsible for day-to-day leasing and management of 600,000 square feet of commercial office space. During his tenure Croce positioned the property to win a BOMA Miami “Building of the Year” award from 2006-2009. Additionally, Croce helped facilitate Miami Tower’s sale, which was one of South Florida’s largest commercial sales in 2010.

In his new role as Vice President of Property Management, Croce will be responsible for overseeing the management and operational teams of the company’s extensive property portfolio, expanding third-party service and enhancing operational efficiency of the team and building’s they serve. This includes management of Pointe Group Advisors’ four office locations in Miami, Plantation, Sarasota and Tampa.

With offices throughout Florida, Pointe Group Advisors specializes in property management, leasing, acquisitions and development, with more than $275 million in assets and two million square feet of commercial space. Pointe Group Advisors’ active commercial portfolio includes office, retail and mixed-use properties in Florida and Texas. The company recently won a BOMA Southern Regional 2010 “Building of the Year” award.
