Miami Master Broker members Bill Hernandez and Bryan Sereny recently completed a $5.35 million sale at Miami Beach’s ultra-luxury Apogee condominium.

“While other areas of the market may be at a stand-still, interest in Apogee appears to be very high among high-end luxury buyers,” says Hernandez. “Apogee’s nine sales this year have sold at an average price of $4,850,000, or $1,317 per square foot. This represents $43,650,000 in sales transactions.”

The pair is optimistic that further sales of available units will take place in the near future, and are they are currently marketing Apogee Unit 501.

The Apogee condominium was developed by The Related Group of South Florida, and the residences are located at 800 South Pointe Drive in South Beach. Twenty-five units have re-sold at Apogee since the building opened in 2008.

Hernandez and Sereny are Realtors working for Miami Beach-based Zilbert Realty Group. The sale of unit 504 at $1,287 per square foot represents one of the highest sales in South Beach in 2010, and the ninth re-sale at Apogee this year.

Hernandez and Sereny are sales partners since 2004, operating under the brand “Bill and Bryan”. The team specializes in the marketing of luxury real estate properties, with closed sales totaling more than $48,000,000 in the last 24 months. Bryan Sereny has been a Master Broker since 2009, and Bill Hernandez since 2010.
