Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell (EWM) Realtors, one of the nation’s largest residential real estate firms, announced today that five new sales associates have joined its Key Biscayne branch office: Carolina Apey , Rosemarie Baragania, Adolfo Malave, Pilar Mercader and Sara Negrin.
Carolina Apey, previously a senior vice president for TBK, has more than 20 years of experience in international finance, having worked for Fortune 500 companies in New York, Washington and Miami. Originally from Chile, Apey has lived in South Florida for three years and is a member of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS.
Rosemarie Baragania, has been in real estate for 12 years, having previously worked for Millenium Realty as an associate. Originally from New York, Baragania has lived in South Florida for 38 years and is a member of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS.
Adolfo Malave previously worked at Cervera Real Estate for 14 years as an associate. He attended the University of Miami where he earned a degree in business administration. Originally from Venezuela, Malave has lived in South Florida for 25 years and is a member of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS.
Pilar Mercader attended the University of California where she earned her Masters of Business Administration. Originally from Uruguay, Mercader has lived in South Florida for seven years and is a member of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS.
Sara Negrin has been in real estate for three years and is a member of the Realtors Association of Greater Miami-Dade. Originally from Spain, Negrin has lived in South Florida for 12 years.
