His firm recently purchased seven acres of vacant land and warehouses in the burgeoning Park West District, for $89 million. Motwani graduated from Duke University with a degree in international relations and completed his Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Jay H. Solowsky is an attorney at law with Pertnoy, Solowsky & Allen, PA, specializing in complex commercial litigation and class action law. He is currently a downtown Miami resident and has been in the area since 1976. Solowsky graduated from the University of Miami Law School Cum Laude in 1979.
