Key International developer Iñigo Ardid has announced plans for 400 Sunny Isles, a bayfront development offering amenities and activities designed to maximize the South Florida lifestyle.

The marina is fully equipped and serviced, allowing a maintenance-free lifestyle for boat owners, complete with a special marine concierge program that regularly cares for the vessels, as well as fully preparing them for excursions and docking them upon return. Fractional yacht ownership will also be offered for those residents interested in enjoying a part-time maritime experience.
