The 2006 Spring New Construction Collection

by admin

Attempting to keep track of all the construction going on in South Florida can be a dizzying task. Buildings rise and sell out, sell out and then rise. Apartments are converted into condominiums, condominiums are converted into condotels. In order to keep you abreast of what new properties are currently on the market, Miami Agent has compiled its Spring 2006 New Construction Collection.

In the collection, you’ll find properties representing a wide range of local cities and neighborhoods, spanning South Florida from West Palm Beach all the way down to Key West, and even beyond, with a local broker’s international listing. The Collection is organized alphabetically by county, by city and, when applicable, by neighborhood. All the properties shown here were submitted by their representative agents/brokers, developers or public relations companies.

On our cover, representatives from Prudential Florida WCI Realty – Branch Manager Carlos Villanueva, Real Estate Specialist Jim Rose and Broker/Associate Elizabeth Perez – stand proudly on the site of the upcoming residential community Mosaic, a 20-story building set to rise on a prized parcel of oceanfront within Miami Beach’s legendary Historic District. For almost 60 years, WCI Communities has erected luxury high-rise towers and master-planned communities in Florida and the Northeast. Prudential Florida WCI Realty was ranked among the top 30 largest real estate brokerages in the nation and has the highest average sales price of any statewide company. For a look at another WCI development, refer to the listing of OceanSide in Pompano Beach on p. 29 of this Spring 2006 New Construction Collection.

We appreciate everyone who sent in new construction listings, and we’re confident those agents with clients interested in purchasing new and rehabbed homes will find this comprehensive collection invaluable in their home searches.
