Casanova assists ultra-high-net-worth buyers, sellers and investors in luxury, off-market, waterfront and new-construction properties in Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Pinecrest and Miami Beach.
This past year, he successfully navigated an incredibly complex off-market deal for an ultra-high-net-worth client. “The transaction required strategic negotiations, absolute discretion and overcoming unforeseen challenges,” he recalls. “When it finally closed, the deal was picked up by real estate publications, and I received congratulatory calls from some of the most respected agents in the industry.”
