Specializing in the Miami metropolitan area and beachfront properties, Farid Moussallem makes transactions feel breezy even when they might be difficult behind the scenes. He’s a top producer at Compass, using his market knowledge and negotiating abilities to fulfill his clients’ dreams.

Prior to working in real estate, Moussallem owned a travel agency in Coral Gables. After seeing how many of his clients were interested in Miami real estate, he made the switch. “I saw the city grow from a seaside town to a metropole,” he remembers. “I wanted to be part of its development and growth.”

Over two decades later, Moussallem has developed a referral-based business where every client feels like his only one. Despite his achievements in production, he says he’s most proud of his client retention rate.

He spends a lot of time getting to know his clients before ever taking them to a showing. In fact, he says most clients end up as friends. “My clients know me as a friend who is looking for their best interests,” he insists.

Moussallem serves on the board of the Master Brokers Forum. An active philanthropist, he counts among his charitable efforts serving on the committee of the RMF Foundation, a socioeconomic NGO dedicated to helping his native country of Lebanon, as well as with the Parkinson’s Foundation.
