Known as a worldly real estate professional who built his brand on local experience with global reach, Ivory Cooks has traveled to over 66 countries. A Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty, Cooks is bilingual in English and German and has a network of high-end buyers and sellers. “I have been known to fly to Istanbul and Germany to meet with clients to get a contract signed,” he shares.

Described as providing excellent customer service, Cooks has been in real estate for over 30 years, selling the homes of four former Miami mayors. He mentors other accomplished real estate professionals and credits his success to building relationships. “Many of my clients have become personal friends,” he admits. “I love getting to know their wants and needs.” Recently he was able to get a contract accepted on a multimillion-dollar home while competing against seven other offers.

Navigating the industry through many economic challenges through the years, Cooks has invaluable knowledge and experience that helped him through the challenges of COVID. “I guided my clients using the latest technology with the most current virtual and video tools,” he explains. “I am proud to say I adapted to virtual marketing and was actually able to sell properties sight unseen.”
