The Cuadra Group LLC

Maria Cuadra, broker-owner of The Cuadra Group LLC, has devoted the past 15 years to establishing herself as a reputable, honest and fierce real estate professional.

“My clients are my No. 1 priority,” she says. “I make sure that I am where they need me to be.”

With an entirely referral-based business and a network of agents who can jump in to help, Cuadra maintains her status as a top producer throughout Miami, Fort Lauderdale and the Beaches, serving buyers, sellers, developers and investors in and out of the luxury market. Beginning her year with a $2 million sale, Cuadra has since been recognized by the Women’s Council of Realtors as a multimillion-dollar producer.

However, Cuadra’s goals extend far beyond financial gain, and she cites recent opportunities to help a single mother, a newly married couple and a struggling family as the greatest accomplishments of her career.

Cuadra started out her professional career as an NFL cheerleader but quickly found a perfect fit in real estate. “My first stop was selling homes for the top builder in the nation,” she explains. “From then on, the tools I had compared to none and I took this journey and ran with it.”

Cuadra is a member of several real estate organizations, including the National Association of Realtors and the Miami Association of Realtors. She will soon be a part of Florida International University’s Bain Real Estate Council. She’s MRP certified, holds dual degrees from FIU and has a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation. Cuadra has also served as panelist for several events throughout South Florida.

Cuadra has been married for 11 years, and she and her husband have two amazing children. Outside work, they love to do everything as a family. They are active members of their local church, Brave Miami, and Cuadra acts as a mentor to those in their community. “Everything good in my life comes from God,” Cuadra says. “When doors open for me, I make sure to open them for others.”
