Sandra E. Masis views every transaction as an opportunity for a new relationship. “I love my career,” she says. “I love meeting new people and love all the friends I’ve made along the way.” As an agent at Cervera Real Estate, Masis works with sellers and buyers in Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Edgewater, Downtown, Brickell and Pinecrest. Primarily focused on pre-construction and new-construction properties — especially luxury condos — Masis assists clients looking to downsize to a home that doesn’t require the maintenance of a yard.

Thanks to 14 years of industry experience, as well as her previous career as a financial advisor at Principal Financial Group, Masis has a thorough understanding of the local market. She also benefits from a decade of intensive real estate coaching from both Alicia Cervera Sr., as well as her previous employers. “I had great training when I worked at Principal Financial Group,” she explains, noting that her last career gave her the tools needed to cold call, follow up, and establish relationships with grace and professionalism.

n 2017, Masis achieved $188 million in sales and recently closed a penthouse at Grove at Grand Bay for $8.25 million. In addition, she became a sales manager at Elysee, a new project in Edgewater. “It’s a different role for me; however, I am focusing on making my team strong,” she says.

Masis is a member of the President’s Circle of Cervera Top Producer Club for general real estate, as well as the Platinum Circle for development sales. In 2011, she received the Astronaut Award, and in 2013 and 2016, she ranked as the top producer in development sales.

“I am relentless when it comes to getting my clients the best deal, and I prioritize their interests and needs above all else,” she says, noting that she makes sure to touch base with them frequently so they stay informed throughout the process.

Masis is a proud mother and strives to balance her career with parenting, filling her newly purchased home with love and happiness.
