Joey Kosinski of GIT Florida Title Services enters each day with a positive attitude and an eagerness to deliver. As the company’s Executive Account Manager, Kosinski works with real estate agents and brokers for residential and commercial properties, acting as a mobile notary to accommodate his clients’ needs. “I will travel to homes, workplaces or coffee shops to get the documents signed,” he says. “It’s all about making it convenient for the client so they walk away feeling good about the transaction.” GIT Florida Title Services is a subsidiary of Greater Illinois Title Company, the largest title insurance agency in Illinois and one of the largest in the U.S. “Through our production capabilities, our company can handle any transaction. GIT Florida Title Services provides a single point of contact for all services related to title closing,” he says.

Prior to joining the real estate industry two years ago, Kosinski owned and operated a restaurant in Chicago for nearly a decade, strengthening his entrepreneurial drive and sales acumen while learning how to embrace challenges and relate to all types of people. Transferring those skills to the real estate industry came naturally, as did his ability to gain clients’ trust. “I get to know my clients and let them know my fun and professional personality,” he says, adding that customers appreciate his authenticity and attentiveness.

Kosinski is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network, the Realtors Association of Palm Beach and Greater Fort Lauderdale, and the Greater Fort Lauderdale LGBT Chamber of Commerce. He is also a volunteer with the Broward County Public School and City of Oakland Park. In his free time, Kosinski enjoys cooking, paddle boarding and running. He recently completed his first half-marathon.
