Charlette Seidel and Francisco Angulo are the “Dynamic Duo” that keeps Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate of Coral Gables up and running. As the office’s managing broker and sales manager, respectively, Seidel and Angulo specialize in properties in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, South Miami, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Dadeland, Brickell, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach and Midtown, while also mentoring their team. “We coach new and experienced agents to help them up their production power and be successful in building their wealth,” they say, adding that in 2017, 33 of their agents earned awards from Coldwell Banker.

Prior to entering the real estate industry 40 years ago, Seidel was a flight attendant and instructor for Pan American World Airways. After nine years of providing high-quality customer service in the clouds, she decided to transition onto a career path that would allow her to create a business of her own. Angulo, who has 24 years of real estate experience, made the switch after 15 years in a business administration role for a corporate office. “I love working with people and real estate,” he says regarding his decision to change industries.

Both Seidel and Angulo are Certified Residential Specialists, Certified International Property Specialists, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Managers, and are also certified in Transnational Referrals. Additionally, Angulo has Graduate Realtor Institute and Electronic Pro designations and is an Accredited Buyer Representative. They are both members of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, the Miami Association of Realtors, the Women’s Council of Realtors and the Asian Real Estate Association of America, of which Angulo is the founding president.

Angulo was honored with the 2012 National Association of Realtors President Distinguished Award and was the 2014 President of Miami Association of Realtors. Thanks to Seidel’s leadership, the Coral Gables office has previously ranked as the No. 1 office in the country.
